Seaside in partnership with GlobalMotion Inc is proud to announce the arrival of the brand new Seaside IPhone App & Android App. The application pulls together the best trails, restaurants and lodging and dining information in and around Seaside, giving you quick and easy access to all things Seaside. This website (Seasidechamber.com) and our partners will continue to offer information to help aid you in planning your next vacation, owning a business or moving to Seaside, but the mobile app takes planning to a whole new level. Did you forget the map to the biking or hiking trail you wanted to hit? No problem that’s one of the luxuries of the new app. Not only can you find the address and exact location of the place you will be lodging and where to dine for the evening, but you can also access close to a dozen biking, hiking, kayaking and general recreation trails for even the casual adventurer. The app even has the “North Coast Craft Beer Trail” – pulling together the best places to grab a cool, frosty beverage along the Northern Oregon Coast. Maybe the young kids are in town with you? There’s a trail for that too called “Discover Seaside Trail.” Use our extreme closeup photos of local hot-spots and use your sleuthing skills to find the exact location of the photo. Fun for the whole family. There is also an events section – helping you determine what’s going on during your stay – as well as a birding guide. Did you know Seaside is home to more than 200 species of birds throughout the year?

The best part about the Seaside app – well, in addition to having the best information you’ll find on Seaside – is that there is no charge to download it and add it to your iPhone. Plans are already in the works for the Android app, so if that’s your smart phone of choice, look for that application in the very near future.
