To obtain permission to be married on the beach you may be required to be in possession of a permit from Oregon State Parks & Recreation.

When to Apply:
Apply at least 60 days, prior to the ceremony date. Please be aware that liability insurance may be required depending on your wedding plans. This is not always the case but may be required. The application fee is dependant on a number of factors, so it is best to call the number above to receive a professional estimation. Some applications are free!
